Our expert coaches use a combination of age-appropriate training techniques and equipment to build strong kids (classes for ages 5-11) and teens (classes for ages 12-17).
Being young can be challenging both physically and mentally. The best thing we can do is make our kids and teens strong. Our youth fitness program is founded on two primary goals. The first goal is to help our youths develop a love for health and fitness that lasts into adulthood. Studies show that exposing kids and adolescents to fitness can build strong bones and muscles, control weight, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and reduce the risk of developing health conditions. Our second goal is to build strength to protect our youths from sport-related injuries. Building strength is a crucial part of keeping our youths’ developing bodies safe.
