In Cycle 1, we focus on foundational lifts—Bench Press, Back Squat, Deadlift, Strict Press, and Cleans—honing mechanics and developing serious strength. Cycle 2 builds on that foundation, incorporating Sumo Deadlifts, Dips, Front Squats, and other variations to challenge movement patterns and push past plateaus.
