Meet Coach Nima: Our New Yoga Sculpt Instructor at High Voltage Fitness

We are thrilled to welcome Coach Nima to the High Voltage Fitness family! With a rich background in fitness, martial arts, and yoga, Coach Nima brings a wealth of experience and passion to our community. His journey in health and wellness began at just 8 years old with Shotokan Karate, laying a strong foundation of discipline and strength. By his teens, he was diving deeper into fitness, working with personal trainers and exploring Muay Thai kickboxing. In 2000, Nima discovered the transformative power of yoga, which became a cornerstone of his wellness journey. He earned his yoga instructor certification in 2015 and has since taught classes worldwide, from California and Hawaii to Kenya and France.

Now, Coach Nima is bringing his dynamic Yoga Sculpt classes to High Voltage Fitness! If you’ve never tried Yoga Sculpt, you’re in for a treat. This high-energy class combines yoga, strength training, and cardio for a full-body burn. Set to upbeat music, the class incorporates light weights, dynamic movements, and bursts of intensity to build strength, boost endurance, and increase flexibility—all while staying connected to your breath. With modifications for all levels, this class is perfect for anyone looking to shake up their routine with a fun and challenging workout.

Come ready to move, sweat, and flow with Coach Nima! His classes offer the perfect blend of power and mindfulness, and his global experience and passion for wellness will inspire you to push your limits. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, Yoga Sculpt will leave you feeling stronger, energized, and accomplished.

Join us for Coach Nima's limited Yoga Sculpt Class. Thursday nights at 5:30 PM.
