About Coach Gabe

Gabe's fitness journey has been anything but ordinary. Growing up, he embraced a whirlwind of activities, from judo and kung fu to fencing, trampoline, and even circus school, where he honed his skills as a trapeze artist in the making. Despite his adventurous childhood, adulthood brought the challenges of a demanding career in finance, including a decade in the fast-paced movie studio industry. Like many, Gabe found himself wandering aimlessly in the gym, struggling to maintain motivation for solo workouts.

In 2022, everything changed when Gabe discovered High Voltage Fitness. The dynamic energy, camaraderie, and the thrill of mastering new skills reignited his passion for fitness, bringing back the sense of joy he felt as a kid – only now with stronger muscles! CrossFit wasn’t just about lifting weights; it was about pushing boundaries, building community, and rediscovering the fun in fitness. This transformative experience inspired Gabe to take the leap and become a certified CrossFit coach and nutritionist, driven to help others find the same spark that changed his life.
